Why should I trust you? What is this based on?
I have an MBA in HR management and mastered in systemics ( a discipline in Psychology). And from then on, it’s my research, testing and integrating these types of exercises ranging from somatic, neurosymptomatic, breath work, voice, writing, kinetic, EFT, ...the list is long and in short the exercises we do are the most radical, tested and proven coaching tools out there. And most importantly, the work is mostly about rewiring neural pathways ( which takes between 20-30 days) so you can access you original self instead of your conditioned one.
