Why should I trust you? What is this based on?
I have an MBA in HR management and mastered in systemics ( a discipline in Psychology). And from then on, it’s my research, testing and integrating these types of exercises ranging from somatic, neurosymptomatic, breath work, voice, writing, kinetic, EFT, ...the list is long and in short the exercises we do are the most radical, tested and proven somatic tools out there. And most importantly, the work is mostly about rewiring neural pathways ( which takes between 20-30 days) so you can access you original self instead of your conditioned one. I get that, the world is moving fast and there is so much on our plates nowadays... it can get confusing and even overwhelming. That's why I am now offering a reset with added 1 on 1 sessions WITH ME as your co-pilot, so I can zoom in on your work and hold you safely and accountable to your ultimate potential. This way you will feel totally supported as you work through the your resistance and as freedom starts to move through.
So, I will have my eye balls on you to make sure you are actually doing the work you are meant to do and all the way ;-) Plus, our private community Group is a supportive community of like minded actors, artists and yes even therapists doing the work too and that alone will give you a lot of support and drive!
If art is about humans and connection, why do this online?!
Fitting the 33 day reset journey in your busy schedule is definitely possible online and impossible otherwise.
You have to try it to believe it, and Resetters will testify...it will radically surpass your expectations as you will be much more focused online and so your results will be much more tangible.
You can focus solely on your intrument and transformation. Every day you will train 1 whole hour. You will never waste time on transportation or parking.
Classes are expensive and you don't always work as you spend a lot of time watching others which is informational but never transformational. Online is cheaper and you work every day on exactly what YOU need to unlock YOUR instrument.
It's extremely convenient: You don’t have to be home, you can be in the street, in your car, on set, or literally anywhere with your smartphone to fully participate in the practices.
You can go to work, have a day job and still train! You never miss a session because you have access to the recordings.

Is this only for artists?
No. Artists are who this work has mainly been created for and shared with, but the Reset Journey is not only for artists. It’s for humans who want to feel more free, instinctive, alive, and fully themselves. People from other walks of life have done this work too, including therapists, athletes, TV hosts, influencers and office professionals.
It's for all HUMANS.
I'm an actor. If this is just an online class, why not take a famous actor's masterclass?
If you wanna watch an inspiring talk by a well respected actor , you should sign up for that masterclass, it's a great lecture. But it is not a 33 day reset to reboot your instrument to its original and natural design. The journey means daily exercises, shedding your fears, melting your blocks, dissolving your doubts, and waking up, shaking and muscling your instinct. In short: This is not that at all. ;-)

Does the Reset include work at home too?
Yes, we highly recommend doing some added practices that can take 15 min to 1 hr, depending on your level of resistance and freedom;-)
