When I started acting, I had NO CLUE what I was doing.
I’d spend days and days in acting classes trying to be a good actress so that I could book work, and the more I did, the further away I seemed to be from being a GREAT actress.
I felt lost, and I wasn't moving forward. Nothing was working.
But then, I figured out a way to reset my instrument and finally feel free when I acted... WITHOUT using yet another method or hard work at all!

TIME FOR SOME REAL TALK!
When we’re born, we are perfect, little beings.
We’re totally free and ALIVE with our emotions and impulses. This is why children are some of the best actors, because they are completely in touch with their instinct.
You were like this too as a child, but as your grew up, you were told what to be and how to act by society. It’s like a rope being wrapped around your body from the feet up.
When you cried, your parents would say, “Shh, don’t cry.”
As soon as you disagreed with them and got angry, they would say, “Don’t yell at me, don’t get angry.”
Even if you’re happy and running around yelling, they would say, “Don’t run. That’s too loud. Be quieter.”
Whatever it is that you felt, they would restrain it, tying that rope around you more and more, not allowing you to feel what you feel. (I am not trying to demonize them... That is how they were wired, and they did their very best, for sure.)
Then you go to school, and the teachers continue wrapping that rope: “Sit down. Be quiet.” You have to eat when you’re told, and play when you’re told, and even pee when you’re told. Your opinions are not welcome because they tell you what to think... I could keep writing forever here...
But in short, you’re told how to behave so you will "fit" in and be a "valuable" human being. And if you don’t conform, you’ll be punished.
Then our culture reinforces this conditioning because we’re all raised inside this rope that ties us up and contracts us...

Why should I trust you? What is this based on?
I have an MBA in HR management and mastered in systemics ( a discipline in Psychology). And from then on, it’s my research, testing and integrating these types of exercises ranging from somatic, neurosymptomatic, breath work, voice, writing, kinetic, EFT, ...the list is long and in short the exercises we do are the most radical, tested and proven coaching tools out there. And most importantly, the work is mostly about rewiring neural pathways ( which takes between 20-30 days) so you can access you original self instead of your conditioned one. If you wanna watch an inspiring talk by a well respected actor , you should sign up for that masterclass, it's a great lecture.
