You probably don't need another thing to work on.
Another tool.
Another practice.
Another way to understand yourself.
Maybe you need 90 minutes to STOP working on yourself altogether.
To move. Feel. Make sound. Laugh. Cry. Be quiet. Be ridiculous.
Follow an impulse.
With other humans who are doing the same.
No fixing.
No performing.
No doing it right.
Just an experience of what you're like when there's less in the way
How old were you when you started controlling yourself?
Watch a child before they learned to monitor themselves.
They move when they want to move. Feel what they want to feel. Make noise.
Create without wondering if it's good. Follow curiosity without wondering where it's going.
They didn't have to learn to be free.
Neither did you.
Over time, we learned to contain, control, please, protect, perform and get things right.
And underneath all of it, something remains:
Your instinct.
Your creativity.
Your capacity to feel.
Your natural aliveness.
This isn't about adding anything to you.
It's about undoing some of what got added.
And letting yourself happen again.
For 90 minutes, nothing needs to be wrong with you.
What we'll actually do.
I'm not going to teach you a method.
I'm not going to tell you how to feel.
And we're not going to spend the time explaining why you are the way you are.
I'll offer simple invitations.
You follow what feels true.
We'll move, make sound, feel, connect, be still, and find out what happens when you stop trying to make something happen.
That's it.
You don't need to be a dancer.
You don't need to be "good with emotions"
You don't even need to understand all of this.
You don't even need to feel comfortable doing it.
That's almost the point.
You just need to come.
What I've learned in 25 years of undoing.
For 25 years, I've worked with professional actors, artists and creatives. People already at the top of their game, working incredibly hard.
And what I've seen again and again is what transforms their work, isn't more.
It's less. It's undoing.
When you stop overriding your instinct, trying to please everyone and trying to get it right, you return to something already there.
Fulfilment comes first.
Then the work.
Then the impact.
I won't teach you what to do. I'll remind you how to be.

Being human was never meant to happen alone.
We've gotten good at talking about healing, trauma, nervous systems and self-work.
But most of it still happens behind closed doors.
We regulate ourselves.
Work on ourselves.
Cry alone.
Then come back once we're ready to function again.
What if the next step wasn't healing?
What if it's bringing our humanity back into the room?
Not to fix each other.
Not to process each other.
Just to feel alongside each other.
There's something amazing that happens when one person in a room stops hiding. Everyone else exhales.
That's what we are doing here. Together.
Because a hard feeling isn't proof that something's wrong.
Sometimes it's just proof that it's working.
Replay available for 24 hours
Pay What You Can. Choose a contribution that feels right. Same 90 minutes, same session, same welcome. The only difference is what you're able to give, and who your giving keeps a place open for.
What might happen?
Maybe you'll feel lighter.
Freer.
More playful.
More like yourself.
Maybe something you've been holding finally moves.
Maybe you'll laugh uncontrollably.
Or cry.
Or feel a surge of energy.
Maybe nothing dramatic happens at all, and you simply notice how good it feels to stop managing yourself for a while.
We're not manufacturing the outcome.
We're making room for what's already there.
Feel Free Again.
Not because freedom disappeared.
Because you got very good at getting in its way.
Come as you are.
Come from somewhere you can move, make a sound and have some privacy.
We do this together, seen, not performing, so I invite you to come with your camera on. If you need to keep it off until you feel ready, you're welcome exactly how you are.
Nothing to prepare.
Nothing to prove.
Nothing to fix.
Come as you are.
